Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Application Trainer and Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful adoption of our core technology applications by delivering engaging training, providing user support, and advocating for user needs. This position may require travel across the U.S. to conduct on-site training sessions and meet with teams in person.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Onboarding
1. Organize and deliver interactive training sessions on core technology applications, both virtually and on-site.
2. Develop training materials such as guides, video tutorials, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
3. Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing follow-up resources and support post-training.
Technology Roll-out and Support
4. Support the deployment of new technology tools by conducting training and ensuring user readiness.
5. Act as the first point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and support needs.
6. Assist users with application challenges, ensuring smooth technology adoption.
User Advocacy and Feedback
7. Collaborate with the IT team by gathering and sharing user feedback to improve technology applications.
8. Represent end-user perspectives during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the tools meet practical needs.
Key Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. (up to 50%-75%) to deliver on-site training and support.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with core business applications and training platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Training Expertise:
• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training programs.
• Skilled at creating user-friendly training materials.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify user challenges and propose effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in user support, training, or a related field.
• Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles or eLearning tools.
