What we need:
LoopMe is looking for an Analyst to join our Insight & Analytics team within the Product & Commercialization org. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Insight & Analytics, you will play a critical role within the team and broader LoopMe commercial organization. You will work closely with the Sales, Product & Client Services teams to launch and analyze research studies, understand over-arching campaign performance, build helpful dashboards, identify unique measurement insights, work with 3rd party measurement vendors, and drive new value through your knowledge of ad sales research and advertising.
As our Analyst, Insights & Analytics, you will ...
- Collaborate with the Sales Planning and Marketing teams to build compelling sales narratives and RFP responses, integrating campaign performance insights and measurement data.
- Partner with Sales Planning and Marketing teams to categorize, analyze, and visualize data from RFPs and LinkedIn ad campaigns, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to analyze campaign data, delivering valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing client campaigns.
- Oversee third-party measurement vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Assess potential new measurement vendors, developing points of view based on their capabilities, industry trends, and client requirements.
- Utilize LoopMe’s proprietary measurement solutions and third-party syndicated tools to conduct in-depth analyses and present findings.
- Contribute to the Sales and Marketing teams by providing detailed industry research and analytics (e.g., audience data, network metrics, campaign insights). Help tailor content and campaigns to meet market-specific needs, driving campaign success.
- Work with the Product team to enhance LoopMe’s advertising outcomes platform by developing new measurement capabilities and product improvements.
- Own the process of recalculating and updating performance benchmarks regularly to ensure accurate and actionable metrics.
- Execute and analyze market research studies, providing overarching meta-analyses of LoopMe campaign performance to drive insights and strategy.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to produce engaging collateral (e.g., case studies, one-sheets) to support the sales team.
- Stay informed on industry trends, leveraging research to help the Sales and Marketing teams create tailored content and campaigns that address specific market needs and opportunities.
Requirements
You'll have
- Media analytics and/or research experience at a Media Agency, DSP/SSP/DMP or Ad Network
· 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, statistics, consulting, or related role
- Understanding of media planning and media math (e.g. reach, frequency, audience composition, uplift, outcomes), brand lift studies and other media measurement methadologies
- Proficiency in Excel (including functions and pivot tables) and Powerpoint
- Experience with syndicated media research, ad effectives and analytics tools
- Experience working with datasets that require additional cleaning or information
- Ability to read and understand SQL and Python
- Working knowledge of statistics (t-tests, p-values, standard deviations, regression)
- Strong desire to learn about media industry
- Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, etc.)

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)
$90,000-$100,000 base salary USD Annually
In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
