Your Mission:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in medical device or aesthetic equipment sales, with 5+ years of experience
- Strong network within the aesthetics industry, including medspas and dermatology practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within your assigned region (up to 50%)
