Full Job Description

Maplebrook School, a leading institution for neurodiverse students with learning differences, is seeking an organized and dynamic Admissions and Marketing Assistant. This role reports to the Director of Admissions, and supports the admissions office, assists in marketing efforts, and addresses various tasks assigned by the Head of School.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions:

  • Handle inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, and in person.
  • Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interviews, events and open houses.
  • Assist with managing admissions documentation, applications, and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain and update student databases and track application status.
  • Communicate with prospective families to guide them through the admissions process, offering personalized support and information.

Marketing:

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, and website content.
  • Manage the school’s social media presence and update platforms with engaging content that reflects the school’s values and mission.
  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, conferences, and outreach programs.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to assess engagement and reach, offering suggestions for improvement.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Admissions and assistance to the Head of School, including scheduling meetings, drafting reports, and preparing presentations.
  • Support the organization of school events, including admissions and fundraising initiatives.
  • Assist with various special projects as directed by the Head of School, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and office materials related to both admissions and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in marketing, admissions, or administrative support, particularly in an educational setting, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and social media platforms.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
