The Role: As their Senior Program Manager, you'll be the linchpin in advancing their pipeline, collaborating with leadership to optimize resources and drive critical activities. You'll be the central source for program status, enabling the company to pivot and prioritize as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through clinical studies
- Implement long-term business plans and guide program operations
- Track progress using Smartsheets and communicate with leadership
- Manage budgets and long-term planning for assigned assets
- Establish and execute Integrated Program plans
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degrees advantageous
- 7-10+ years of project/program management experience in pharma/life sciences
- Experience in neuroscience/mental health disorders preferred
- Proficiency in multiple project management methodologies
- Strong communicator with ability to navigate complexity and manage stakeholders
- Hands-on leader with a "get things done" mentality
