The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Advisor Trainee. We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivated individual. Experience with Acura face to face sales and/or service is preferred. The ideal candidate knows the Acura product line and knowledge of vehicle operations well and has proven experience interacting with Acura clientele via phone, electronically and face to face. The candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their experience to engage with a luxury client base and offer the best service possible. Rallye Acura offers excellent benefits, and great potential to earn and grow with our service team! Rate of Pay - $19.00 per hour. No commission

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning the coordination of fast and efficient service of customer vehicles while also advising on any additional repairs needed & ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promoting the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's service needs.
  • Ensuring the repair is accurate and complete by reviewing all copies, including supporting documentation.
  • Ensuring delivery of vehicles to customers when work is completed.

PAY RANGE: $19.00 per hour. No commission

Requirements

  • High School degree required, College degree is a plus
  • Acura dealership experience is required.
  • Prior customer facing experience with Acura sales or service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Acura brand.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.
  • Ability to start at 7:00am required.
  • Proven customer service skills handling customer interactions in person, electronically and via phone.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi task and make independent decisions.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
  • Professional personal appearance.
