Position: Accountant/Bookkeeping

Location: Remote/Flexible

Your Impact On Our Mission:

CircleLink Health is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to help with our accounting functions. In this part time role, you will manage our financial records, ensure the accuracy of financial documents, and provide critical financial insights to support decision-making. This role is essential to maintaining our financial health and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are addressed promptly
  • Process accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work 5-15 hours per month

Contract Details:

  • Flexible work schedule
  • Fully remote
  • Open-ended contract with no end date
  • Compensation: $40-$50 per hour based on experience
