Working within our B2B team, this role will be the point person for some of our luxury client accounts. You will be providing exceptional account management for FLOWERBX services including bespoke gifting, contract flowers, installations and corporate events.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation of logistics end to end
  • Work closely with the B2B team with the proposal development
  • Client liaison with a strong focus on exceptional customer service
  • Product ordering, accessory sourcing, and inventory management
  • Assist in scheduling of in-house and freelance florists and production team
  • Attending client meetings and site visits (may include some evenings and weekends)
  • Execution of contract, events, and installations on-site in Manhattan
  • Administrative duties such as client invoicing and budget reconciliation
  • Assisting the B2B and Events team with other ad hoc duties

Requirements

    • Candidates looking to develop their account management skills would be desirable for this role or someone with 3-4 years of professional, corporate office experience with background in project and client management, hospitality and/or luxury events. Experience in the floral industry is a plus.

This role is a full-time hybrid role based out of our New York City office. This role will require you to both work from our Manhattan studio and be on-site as needed for execution at our client locations.
