2nd to 6th year Structured Credit CLO Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, nationally recognized law firm in their search for a 2nd-6th year Structured Credit CLO Associate. The Structured Credit team handles collateralized loan obligations ("CLO") as well as other securitization transactions, asset-based lending transactions (bilateral and syndicated) and other sophisticated finance transactions, and our clients are leading international investment banks and asset managers.  Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and as innovative as our clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team and be a key member of deal teams in a leading structured finance practice and have extensive client contact and responsibilities. 

Requirements

• 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 years working as a Structured Credit associate in a law firm setting
• Juris Doctorate degree from a nationally recognized law school
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Benefits

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
