Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- State teaching certification or licensure in the relevant subject area.
- Strong understanding of culturally responsive teaching practices and the ability to integrate them in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues effectively.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, particularly in a higher education setting.
