**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Job Description: Develop, maintain, and update the program office’s integrated master schedule IAW DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide. The contractor shall develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule for AFRL/RV utilizing IAW DOD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and User’s Guide. All results will be made available to AFRL/RV for consolidation into an Enterprise Master Schedule.
Provide integrated master schedule analysis including risk assessments associated with prime contractor source selections, programs, and any need by the AFRL/RV Director. The contractor will also identify opportunities to improve program executability. The contractor shall brief their results to AFRL/RV leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Performing schedule management activities in support of Department of Defense acquisitions.
- Performing Earned Value Management activities in support of systems/programs that requires compliance with American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance Standard 748C guidelines.
Requirements
- 10 years, of which four years shall include duties/assignments specifically in support of space programs.
- Master’s degree relevant to their area of expertise limited to the following: Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, and Science Technology, Engineering, or Statistics. A Bachelor’ degree in business, cost estimating/analysis, financial management, engineering, or mathematics with a certification in Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) would be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
