We are currently seeking a qualified and professional part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to care for our patients and become a valued member our team. Corus is a therapist owned and operated agency where our team members enjoy a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment filled with people who work together to provide the highest standard of care for our clientele.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to follow a specialized care plan based on the patient's evaluation and the goals recommended by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Implement the treatment program set in place by plan of care.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification by an accredited PTA curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Active license by the board who aids in provision of physical therapy services with onsite director or supervision of a physical therapist
- Comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology required for PTA and it's Application in the treatment of patients at home
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
