As we continue to evolve and grow, we're seeking a talented Information Systems & Data Manager to join our team. This individual is responsible for overseeing the organization, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s information systems. This role combines technical expertise in system management with data analysis and reporting skills to support various operational needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining system integrity, ensuring employees are properly trained, and contributing to the development and maintenance of population health software algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Information Systems Management:
- Organize and maintain company information systems, including implementing new systems and managing renewals of existing ones.
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and integration with other technologies.
- Ensure systems meet the evolving needs of the business and comply with regulatory standards.
- Employee Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff on the use of internal systems.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and generate reports from various data sources to support business operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and develop customized reports and dashboards.
- Utilize data visualization tools to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Algorithm Management in Population Health Software:
- Learn and maintain population health algorithms to support company initiatives.
- Assist with updates and the creation of new algorithms as the system evolves.
- Work with data science teams to implement algorithm-driven solutions.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update various information databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Ensure databases are easily accessible to team members and meet the company’s operational needs.
- Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in information systems management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with population health software.
- Strong understanding of database management, system integration, and information security principles.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support employee onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
