Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety throughout the flight
• Assist passengers with boarding and seating arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance passenger experience
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers during the flight
• Monitor and manage cabin environment for passenger comfort
• Perform emergency procedures as required and maintain safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with passengers and crew members for smooth operations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and frequent travel
