Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst in Carlsbad, NM.

The Financial Analyst will assist the CTAC Project Controls team in the oversight, maintenance and reporting of CBFO Participants Earned Value Management System.
- Preparation of the annual Fiscal Year Work Plan.
- Development and maintenance of the Federal Site Life Cycle Estimate (FSLE).
- Interface with CBFO and CTAC SME’s and oversight personnel to provide Project Controls support and integration between CBFO and CBFO participants for cost analysis scope within project controls.
- Review of the development and monthly integration and reporting on the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for all CBFO Participants.
- Data integrity checks on monthly Earned Value Data to ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System reporting requirements.
- Monthly Earned Value IPABS Reporting for CBFO.
- Preparation and Review of Baseline Change Proposals (BCPs).
- Assist with CBFO Change Control Board meetings, communications and documentation.
- Documentation of interfaces with the WIPP M&O contractor.
- Train on the CBFO Risk Management process.
- Create and support standard and ad-hoc report development as requested.
- Develop and maintain Cobra, Primavera and Earned Value training, documentation and desktops.
- Other cost analyst duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Business related field
- Knowledge of DOE financial accounting systems, project controls, project management, business or accounting experience with the ability to be trained/mentored on Earned Value Management
