Full Job Description
The General Cashiering Supervisor is responsible for supervising all General Cashiers during an assigned shift. Assures that outlets are adequately staffed, cash/coin impressment levels are maintained and that superior customer service is provided at all times.
Position Responsibilities
· Maintains compliance with Casino Control Commission regulations, Internal Control Submissions and ensures that Department policies and procedures are always followed.
· Interacts with team members during their assigned shift to assure that the team is always pleasant while being efficient and effective.
· Responsible for the timely implementation of all procedural changes.
· Responsible for team members adhering to all Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
· Assists General Cashiers in the performance of their duties.
· Ensures that all bank openings/closings on their assigned shift are performed accurately, expeditiously and smoothly. · Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
· Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Requirements
· Ability to effectively communicate in English
· High School Diploma required
· Banking or casino experience preferred
· Minimum two years’ cash handling experience
· Prior experience with Excel, time & attendance systems and Outlook preferred
