As a Social Media Manager at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Corcentric's social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our social media initiatives across various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and curate compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
This key position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing within our Global Marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implement Corcentric's social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms and company intranet.
- Establish compelling and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, graphics, and animations, that effectively communicates Corcentric’s message and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and implement the latest best practices.
- Manage social media campaigns and ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Deliver regular analysis and reporting on social media metrics, content performance and campaigns results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure brand consistency.
- Strategically optimize social accounts to increase the visibility of social content.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reporting to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with industry news, emerging social media trends, and new digital marketing techniques.
Requirements
You’ll need to have:
- 3-5+ years of excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Experience with social media management, publishing, listening, and analytics tools such as SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Sprinkler, GaggleAmp, bit.ly, hashtagify, etc.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve social media performance.
- Excellent knowledge of social media KPI’s with ability to assess a campaign's effectiveness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
