As a Service Insights Representative, you will assist in the expansion and roll-out of a web-based application designed for network partners to facilitate digital intake, retain neighbor information, and conduct monthly reporting. The temp will also support monitoring and compliance efforts, contribute to the development of training and support materials, and aid in various aspects of the onboarding process for partners.

What you’ll do in your role:  

  • Assist in the deployment and adoption of the partner portal application across the network.
  • Provide training and support to partners on how to effectively use the web-based application for digital intake and reporting.
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to partner onboarding and compliance.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of training materials, SOPs, and support documents.
  • Support the monitoring and compliance team in ensuring partner adherence to CFBNJ policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Service Insights Manager and other team members to streamline onboarding processes.
  • Address and resolve partner inquiries and technical issues related to the partner portal.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the partner portal experience based on feedback and observed needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of the position to support the Network Relations department.
  • Travel to partner sites to conduct onboarding, training, intake support, and observation.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:   

  • Experience in training or customer support roles, preferably in a non-profit or technology setting.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and informative training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring and reporting is a plus.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation for potential site visits.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
