Full Job Description

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with brand management teams and select suppliers to develop new product innovation, tracking existing product lines
  • Manage supply chain planning and communicate orders with first-tier suppliers
  • Drive new product development from inception to in-market, tracking and assisting with inventory management
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
  • Manage relationships with clients and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management & product development in the Personal Care sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations, or other business discipline
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
