Role overview

As a Senior Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role driving business objectives while maintaining brand coherence and authenticity as your main objectives throughout written communications. This entails safeguarding the organization's brand voice, tone, and principles. Strategic insights gained from meticulous audience and industry trend analysis will be instrumental in reaching and engaging target communities.

What are we looking for? Our Senior Communication Specialist has a knack for the following skills:

Business

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align brand communication strategies.
• Ensure that messaging reflects the organization's brand voice, tone, and values. 
• Develop and update brand guidelines to steer copywriting efforts effectively.

Analytics

• Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors. 
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

Communication

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all written communications.
• Craft and edit copy for various channels, such as website, social media, emails, and in-game messaging, adhering to brand voice, tone, and values.

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and accurate content for various platforms, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Communication Specialist.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and content creators within the gaming community.
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies to promote gaming products, events, and initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and presentations, to effectively convey key messages to diverse audiences.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with the gaming community through active participation in forums, social media discussions, and live events.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations and negative feedback with professionalism and tact, mitigating potential damage to the brand's reputation.
• Experience using analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, with a focus on driving engagement and ROI.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
