Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and prompt manner
- Take and process food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Answer inquiries and provide recommendations about menu items
- Handle guest concerns and complaints diplomatically and promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform side work duties as assigned
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Server or similar role in a dining establishment
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a memorable dining experience for guests
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash
- Flexibility in schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
