Registered Nurse

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Newark, NJ. As an RN in our organization, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
