Full Job Description
A Sago Project Manager is the bridge between internal teams, partners and clients. They possess the ability to manage and execute, with excellence, multiple qualitative market research projects ensuring a positive client experience. They are the ultimate owners of their projects and will work with many different teams to achieve success. This is a remote position and would allow you the opportunity to partner with colleagues within and outside of the US.
This position will be supporting our Healthcare team.
Requirements
- Consistently provides excellent client service, turning a project into projects, ultimately building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Manages up to 12 simultaneous research projects, ensuring smooth execution of projects within timelines and project costs.
- Briefs supervisors and recruiters on projects to ensure client needs and deliverable are met consistently.
- Creates daily spreadsheets used for client updates and tracking of data. Strategically creates targeted sample for most effective results.
- Collaborates with internal teams to achieve a successful recruit, continuously monitoring project elements to identify potential roadblocks and manage to resolution.
- Liaises between internal and external (client) teams, keeping all informed of the project’s progress and exhibiting effective, timely and detailed communication skills.
- Works within Sago systems effectively throughout the life cycle of project (SAMS, Complex Survey, PMTool, QualBoard, etc.).
- Responds quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manages to resolution, escalating as appropriate.
- Remains in alignment with various company goals such as maintaining high client satisfaction scores, quick project close out. etc.
- Demonstrates an understanding of project cost, feasibility and margin.
- Is flexible and adaptable with changes to existing key elements of projects as required by internal teams or the client directly.
- Works in accordance with company SOPs.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined project management experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required).
