Full Job Description
Youth Bridge Housing at Bright Harbor Healthcare will provide an opportunity for youth to gain the skills needed to live independently. We are seeking a dedicated management professional who will be responsible for successful completion of the bridge housing project within the required time frame of 2 years.
Position Title: Project Director
Position Type: Full Time

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the project team to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Prepare required reports by the County of Ocean and contract administrator
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate project status and updates to appropriate parties
- Resolve project delays
Requirements
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
