Project Director

Youth Bridge Housing at Bright Harbor Healthcare will provide an opportunity for youth to gain the skills needed to live independently. We are seeking a dedicated management professional who will be responsible for successful completion of the bridge housing project within the required time frame of 2 years.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the project team to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Prepare required reports by the County of Ocean and contract administrator

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Communicate project status and updates to appropriate parties

• Resolve project delays

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
