Production Manager

Apple Roofing, a leader in the roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Production Manager at Apple Roofing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and implementing production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
• Overseeing and managing a team of skilled technicians and subcontractors
• Managing material suppliers to coordinate pricing and delivery
• Maintaining a high standard of quality in all production processes
• Monitoring and optimizing production workflows to maximize efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying and resolving any production-related issues or bottlenecks
• Implementing and managing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Tracking and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
• Providing regular reports on production performance to upper management

Requirements

• Previous experience in production management (2-3 years)
• Roofing system experience, commercial/residential (2-3 years)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
