Production Designer

Intentional Marketing is seeking a talented and creative Production Designer to join our team. As a Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs for various marketing materials, ensuring that they align with our brand identity. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Design teams to turn concepts into visual assets that effectively engage and resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design and possess a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines. You should also have a good understanding of design principles, be proficient in industry-standard design software, and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in design elements
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proven experience as a Production Designer or a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work
• Solid understanding of design principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
