Physical Therapist

Position Available: Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly qualified Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team, where you will assess and treat a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you will develop and implement personalized therapy plans aimed at pain management and functional enhancement. Your expertise and commitment will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Patient Type: Adult Patients
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
