Career Opportunity: Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at an Assisted Living Facility. In this role, you will work with residents to help restore and enhance their mobility, quality of life, and independence. As a compassionate partner in their care, you’ll provide intervention, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and rehabilitation services tailored to each resident’s needs.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
 
Patient Volume: 7 patients a day. 35 patient visits a week

 
Patient Type: Adult Patients
 
Insurance Mix: Major Medical Commercial Insurances Medicare

Job Description:

·         Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.

·         Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.

·         Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.

·         Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.

·         Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

·         Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
