Physical Therapist

Available Position for Full-Time Physical Therapist
 
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Homecare Agency. In this role, you will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with musculoskeletal conditions. You will design and implement individualized therapy sessions, focusing on pain management and functional improvement. Your contributions will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to their daily activities.
 
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
 
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
 
Patient Type: Adult Patients

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ physical conditions and mobility.
• Developing personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Guiding patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Performing hands-on techniques to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
