Outpatient Physical Therapist
Are you passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience) + full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Conditions We Treat: Lower back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, chronic pain, elbow pain, neck pain, osteoarthritis, and more.
Patient Demographics: Primarily geriatric and adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient’s physical capabilities and needs.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patients’ medical histories and treatment progress while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Create personalized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to best support recovery.
Implement physical therapy interventions to relieve pain and enhance mobility in alignment with physician directives.
Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to holistic patient care.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices. supportive team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Conditions: Orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, post-surgery recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients’ mobility and physical function.
- Create customized treatment plans to address specific patient goals.
- Use manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance recovery.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
