Full-time Physical Therapist

We invite a compassionate and skilled licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team. At our clinic, we pride ourselves on using the latest evidence-based practices and individualized treatment strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional care while being part of a supportive network focused on enhancing patient health and mobility.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
