Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our thriving rehabilitation team. Our mission is centered around empowering clients to reach their optimal health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and innovative training programs. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, tailored care that helps patients achieve their desired outcomes quickly and effectively.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Identify and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients in a healthcare setting.
• Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient environments.
• Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to the enhancement of clients' motion and mobility.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Assess the effects of treatments, monitor progress, and maintain open communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, re-evaluations/progress notes, daily notes and treatment plans,

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
