Your Role:
In this position, you will evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans that promote healing and independence. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, from those recovering from surgeries to those managing chronic conditions.
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ functional capabilities and design individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Empower patients and their families with knowledge about home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR software preferred.
