Full-time Physical Therapist

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day

Types of Patients: Senior citizens/Geriatric Patients

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs tailored to each resident's needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate residents and their families on exercise techniques and health management.
• Track and document patient progress to ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Minimum two (2) years of previous clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
