• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on effective rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes diligently.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR software is a plus.
