Full-time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team. Our mission is to empower clients to achieve their best health and performance through personalized, evidence-based care and cutting-edge training programs. We are committed to delivering exceptional, individualized care to help patients swiftly reach their desired outcomes.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
• Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
• Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
• Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grad are welcome to apply!
