Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will be a vital partner for our patients on their journey to restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 a year + full benefits

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess and address patients' goals and needs.
• Provide effective treatment to enhance patients' motion and mobility.
• Create and implement individualized care plans employing various treatment techniques.
• Educate patients about their conditions and promote healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid New Jersey state license to practice physical therapy.
• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
• Familiarity with EMR software (experience with WebPT is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
