Join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd as a full-time Physical Therapist at our leading orthopedic outpatient practice located in Englewood, New Jersey. We are dedicated to restoring movement and ensuring our clients function at their best. This role allows you to be an integral partner in maximizing quality of life and movement potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000/year + full benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:00 PM.

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients/day

Responsibilities:

• Assess and meet patients’ goals and needs through personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize orthopedic outpatient experience to inform treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement cost-effective treatment strategies that enhance patients' motion and mobility.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that support unique patient requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
• Inspire and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary health team.
• Document care services and assess patient progress.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist License.
• No prior board or disciplinary actions on license.
• Proficient manual therapy skills.
• Strong knowledge and application of therapeutic exercises.
• Familiarity with EMR software, preferably WebPT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
