Full-time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist who will serve as a trusted ally in the journey of restoring mobility and helping patients achieve their optimal performance. Your role will encompass enhancing the quality of life and movement capabilities across various areas, including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Join our team of physical therapists as we strive to deliver exceptional care and prioritize the well-being of our patients.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits and health insurance

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols
• Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient
• Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients
• Analyze and draw conclusions based on data collected from the patient's tests and examinations
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
• Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
• New grads are welcome!
