Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd!
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist for our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their motion, enhance their quality of life, and maximize their physical potential. You will be part of a supportive team, working in a state-of-the-art facility, and delivering high-quality care to our clients.
Salary: $100,000-$130,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address patients' goals and needs effectively.
- Provide individualized treatment plans and interventions.
- Utilize cost-effective strategies to improve patient mobility and health.
- Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Promote healthy lifestyles through fitness and wellness programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapist License.
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
- Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge.
- Ability to engage with a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with EMR software, preferably WebPT.
