Professional PT is a leading provider of outpatient physical and hand therapy services throughout the Northeast. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. As a Physical Therapist at Professional PT, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy and instruction. You will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records, communicate regularly with patients and healthcare professionals, and participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your clinical skills.

Requirements
- Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
