We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a public school-based position for the Toms River district.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and function
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, child study team members, teachers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
-NJ PT State License
- NJ School Certification
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
