Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office | Somerset, NJ

Become an integral part of our orthopedic outpatient team in Somerset, NJ, and help individuals regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve long-term recovery in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ mobility and functional challenges, developing treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and hands-on manual therapy to improve functional ability.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and preventive measures.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
