Full-Time Physical Therapist – Woodcliff Lake, NJ

Join us in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, as a Physical Therapist in our Assisted Living Facility. In this full-time role, you'll improve the quality of life for our residents by enhancing their mobility and independence.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role:

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess residents' needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Administer targeted therapy to enhance mobility, build strength, and improve overall functionality.
• Education & Support: Provide residents and families with strategies for continued recovery and well-being.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation using our EMR system.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy to provide high-quality care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
