Your Impact:

• Assess residents’ individual needs and design tailored care plans that promote recovery and well-being.
• Use hands-on techniques and evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve daily functionality.
• Equip residents and their families with tools and strategies to maintain progress outside therapy sessions.
• Keep detailed records of care plans, progress, and outcomes in our advanced EMR system.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy to provide exceptional, up-to-date care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
