Role Overview:
As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized care to patients on their journey to recovery. Your role will be pivotal in helping individuals regain movement and improve their quality of life, all while working closely with a dynamic healthcare team.

Position: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert orthopedic physical therapy to patients of all ages, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each patient’s unique needs, goals, and medical history.
• Apply the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to optimize recovery.
• Collaborate with our diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Guide patients and their families on injury prevention, at-home exercises, and self-care practices to support long-term recovery.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization or experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
