Make a Difference as a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Shrewsbury, NJ

Are you ready to bring your expertise and compassion to a role that truly impacts lives? We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Assisted Living Facility in Shrewsbury, NJ, where your skills can truly make a difference!

Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of various ages, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to understand each resident’s needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility, daily function, and overall well-being.
  • Support residents and their families with practical guidance on rehabilitation strategies and long-term wellness.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of care and progress using our EMR system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate evidence-based practices into your care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
  • Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
