Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our expanding team in our Hillsborough, NJ orthopedic outpatient location. This position is a perfect fit if you have a strong desire to help people regain their mobility and realize their full potential. Using your knowledge, you will develop individualized treatment programs that maximize function, reduce pain, and enhance general quality of life.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations.
• Develop customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Use manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercises to relieve pain and improve movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually with full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and the team.
