Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office, Somerset, NJ

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve daily function through personalized, hands-on therapy. This position allows you to provide excellent care while contributing to positive patient outcomes and a great experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 3 shorter days and 2 longer days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ mobility and physical limitations to create individualized care plans.
• Lead focused therapeutic exercises and manual therapy sessions to promote pain relief and functional recovery.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide well-rounded, coordinated care.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and the team.
