Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, Woodcliff Lake, NJ

We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Assisted Living Facility in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. In this position, you will be responsible for helping residents improve their mobility, enhance their functional independence, and achieve their therapy goals. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each resident's physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on effective rehabilitation techniques to support continued recovery.
• Accurately document treatment plans, progress, and patient interactions using EMR systems.
• Stay informed of the latest physical therapy practices and incorporate them into patient care.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
